Develop your understanding and skill in the topic of risk management for projects. You’ll learn the issues and problems involved in risk appraisal, acquire the techniques required to manage risk and assess the ethical and environmental aspects of risk. Furthermore, you’ll explore the nature and impact of risk in projects, appraising the ethical and environmental dimensions of risk management, and analyse how innovation and creativity can be applied to prevent and mitigate project risk. Finally, you’ll learn to manage project risk effectively and appreciate organisational systems to control project risk in uncertainty.
