Modern organisations are both complex in nature and have to compete in an ever-changing and challenging environment. Senior managers and leaders need to be able to understand and apply a number of concepts, models and theories that minimise threats and maximise opportunities. This module explores a range of key issues within organisations and includes: the study of organisation structures and forms; human resource management issues, organisational behaviour and the role of individuals, groups and teams; understanding and managing a wide range of stakeholders; corporate social responsibility; corporate governance; sustainability and business continuity; and risk and risk management.

Fees

If you are based in the UK or the EU, you may be eligible for a government postgraduate loan to cover the full course fees.

Keele alumni discount: if you have successfully completed an undergraduate degree at Keele, you are eligible for a 10% tuition fees reduction, reducing total fees payable to £580.50.

You pay tuition fees for each module taken, either module-by-module or in full at the start of your course.
